I really love this product! really helps with milk production. Bottle tells you to take 2 capsules 3 times a day, but doctors will tell you if you are low on your milk supply, take 3 capsules 3 times a days for 10 days, then lower the dose to 2 capsules 3 times, that has helped me incredibly! Also a combination of Organic Mothers Milk tea 3 cups a day really helps! This is already my second bottle. definitely will buy more!

I'll start off with saying these pills work! My goal was to breastfeed longer than 3 months with my second son compared to my frist son, especially once I went back to work. With both children my milk production started to decrease when I resumed working out (5 weeks) and started sleeping though the night (8weeks)- I didn't get up in the night and pump due to needing my sleep. I had tried the mother's milk tea, eatting oatmeal and almonds, and a beer a day but nothing has helped my milk supply/production more than these pills. I first had heard about these pills from a mother who used them after having twins and she was able to strictly breastfeed both of them.
I took these pills as recommend on the bottle; 2 capsules 3 times a day and within 2 days I was over producing and needing to pump at least once per day (6oz pump). If your looking to help your milk production and give your child what they need you have found the right product!!
