Okay, so I posted a picture of my haircut in July 9th 2018... then another picture from October 27th 2018... I had a trim somewhere in between there. I have been taking these biotin supplements since September 9th and today is November 2nd. So almost two months I've been taking them. My hair grows so slow. I definitely feel though that I have gained some length going from chin/shoulder length to well past shoulder length in this time frame. I take one supplement every single day. I don't know if it's actually helping my hair grow but you can see it definitely has grown so I'm giving this 5 stars and will continue to keep taking them.
I think its working
My review is more like a comparison. I had been using another brand (from Walmart) for years. I like them as my eyelashes had grown and so did my nails. But something inside my head told me there’s got to be better biotin vitamins out there as I started loosing a lot of hair. So I ordered this vitamins and I couldn’t be happier within a week I noticed I was hardly loosing any more hair. My nails are growing twice as fast as before and they seem to be stronger. I will definitely keep buying these vitamins. Try them you won’t regret it.
Absolutely amazing!!! I paired it with the Sports Research Vitamind D (5000) and it completely stopped the MASSIVE hair loss I was experiencing for months and I can see inches of baby hair growing! Honestly I would cry in the shower seeing how much hair I was losing! I went to a doctor and found out my vitamin d levels were extremely low so I’m very happy with the quality of this product. Note, I was taking 2 a day in the morning so the bottle lasted 2 months. So it took a few weeks for the hair loss to stop and a few more for the hair to grow. Pics show 8-9 week difference! OH!
