Works like magic for getting rid of muscle cramps. Tried this on my mother and her cramps went away on 4th day. After that many of my friend's parents have benefitted also. I am also taking 1 tab a day as I have read that magnesium is very important for muscle and heart health (heart is all muscle) and the daily requirement is rarely fulfilled from food.
