    I think its working

    I have been using this product for more than a year now and consume one tablet daily before sleeping.
    My magnesium levels in lab tests are finally in range and muscle ache has reduced significantly. If you have anxiety issues or are unable to sleep properly because your mind never stops over thinking in night time this supplement will surely help you sleep better. You will start noticing immediate changes with this supplement.

    Works like magic for getting rid of muscle cramps. Tried this on my mother and her cramps went away on 4th day. After that many of my friend's parents have benefitted also. I am also taking 1 tab a day as I have read that magnesium is very important for muscle and heart health (heart is all muscle) and the daily requirement is rarely fulfilled from food.
