I have idiopathic constipation for which I take an Rx, but Miralax is by far the best and safest non prescription item. Purchasing via Amazon is fast and this size is great. I spoke to several persons in the medical profession and they stated many of their patients actually take this two times a day. My own physician agreed at least for my own dose.
