Place a pan on your stove, and bring the water to a boil. Add the piece of ginger and continue to boil until there’s a potent smell of ginger emitting from the solution. Take your pan off the heat and add the apple cider vinegar, turmeric, and honey and mix well. Wait for it to cool to your liking, then drink up!


This is one of the simplest ways to combine a whole host of superfoods, but if you can’t stand the taste of the apple cider vinegar, turmeric, honey, and ginger drink, you could always add these ingredients to your foods separately throughout the day.
