BAKING SODA AND COCONUT OIL FACEWASH

Homemade Skin Care recipes

Having a good skin care therapy that is right for your skin can make all the difference. Our skin is delicate, and it needs proper care. There are many benefits to your complexion if you care for your skin properly.

Cleaning your face should be part of your daily skin care routine, but what products are you using?

Facial cleaners can vary widely in price, ingredients and brand type.

Often they promise to improve acne, deep clean your pores, remove makeup and leave skin feeling fresh and hydrated. However many facewash solutions contain chemicals that are not good for your skin.

Coconut Oil and Baking Soda Face Wash Review

I recommend a daily facial cleansing product - your choice of facial cleaners will depend on your skin type.  Some facial cleansers may be too harsh for your skin whilst others have been specially formulated to keep your skin hydrated while preventing acne or blackheads

To avoid making a wrong choice, wouldn’t you rather make your facial cleaner at home from natural ingredients?

Making this facial cleaner is a good choice, and it is very easy. I will be describing how to make a facial cleanser using two common products-

- baking soda (without aluminium)

- Organic Coconut Oil

This facial cleanser is perfect for acne, eliminating dead skin and dirt from your skin. At least, with this homemade remedy, you are sure that your skin is protected from harmful and unknown chemicals often found within beauty products.

Coconut Oil and Baking Soda For Wrinkles

Independently, baking soda and coconut oil have amazing effects on the skin, mixing these two ingredients to make a facial cleaner has the advantage of combining the rejuvenating effects both ingredients have on the human skin.

Are you worried about wrinkles or loose skin? The homemade facial therapy you are about to make is the best solution for those skin issues.

Why Use Coconut Oil and Baking Soda as a Facewash?

Coconut oil and baking soda have deep cleaning effects that open up the skin pores reducing your chances of experiencing blackheads or acne.

Baking Soda Facewash Benefits

You might already have been using baking soda for other domestic purposes such as getting rid of bad smells, cleaning and for making those delicious pastries. The properties that make baking soda an ingredient in facial cleaners are a proof that it is a truly wonderful product.

The alkalinity of baking soda makes it perfect for restoring pH balance of the skin.

Coconut Oil Facewash Benefits

For a very long time, coconut oil has been used to nourish the human skin. It is packed with vital nutrients that aid skin development and maintenance. These nutrients enable quicker skin restoration if you have scars or acne.

 BAKING SODA

ORGANIC COCONUT OIL

Recipe for homemade facial cleanser made with Coconut oil and Baking Soda.

You will need the following ingredients:

- Baking Soda (without aluminum).
- Organic Coconut oil.

What is your skin type?

If you have sensitive skin, your mixture should be 2:1 for coconut oil and baking soda respectively.

Do you wish to exfoliate your facial skin with this homemade remedy?

For this purpose, your mixture should be in the ratio 1:1 for coconut oil and baking soda respectively. Mix the carefully measured out ingredients in a regular sized bowl into a paste.

Now the paste is ready to be applied on your skin, massage the paste into your skin in slow circular motions. Leave the paste on your skin for five minutes.

After five minutes, rinse your face with warm water massaging your skin in slow circular motion while rinsing. You will feel the refreshing effects of the coconut oil moisturizing your skin.

This facial wash will keep your skin healthy and free from dirt, dead skin, acne, and blackheads. I always recommend homemade facial care mixtures because they free from chemicals that can lead to unwanted skin irritation.

How often can i use baking soda and coconut oil on my face?

Ideally you can use this remedy 2 to 3 times a week
